Healthy Louisiana information
Healthy Louisiana delivers healthcare services to eligible Medicaid and LaCHIP enrollees in Louisiana. Your healthcare is provided by the Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) and one of the Healthy Louisiana plans. You and your eligible family members will still be in Medicaid or LaCHIP. Now you will get your healthcare benefits and services from one of the Healthy Louisiana plans. Healthy Blue is one of the health plans.

Healthy Blue information
Healthy Blue is one of the health plans offered to you through Healthy Louisiana. Healthy Blue began managing healthcare services for eligible Healthy Blue enrollees in 2012.
With Healthy Blue, we help you and your family get the covered Medicaid and LaCHIP benefits you need to stay healthy. And we focus on helping arrange the services and support you need when you need them. We also provide you and your family with important extras like free Boys & Girls Club memberships and free Weight Watchers® meetings for eligible members.
Healthy Blue members will get a new member ID card by mail. Your primary care provider (PCP) will be listed on your ID card.
We want you to have a doctor who will meet your medical needs. You can see if your PCP or provider is in our network using our online provider search tool.
Find a DoctorYes, you can change your PCP at any time. After you change your PCP, you'll need to wait 24 hours before you can print a new member ID card.
